Kathleen SarahDAWSONBeloved wife of Eric passed peacefully away at home 29th January 2008 with family and friends at her side. The funeral service will take place at Hammerwich Parish Church on Wednesday 13th February 2008 at 2.00pm followed by burial in the Churchyard. Kathleen's family would like to say a big thank you to all Doctors, Staff and District Nurses at Fulfen Practice, Burntwood, Caring Hands, Lichfield Social Services, CAB Burntwood and the Lichfield Stroke Club for all their help and care during her illness.
